Audio Fault finding and repairs

We got a phone call that their installed sound system had faults. We tested and checked through the system. Faults found were radio microphone interferance. Low hum on the system. The 3 zone areas were not working as they should. We found that one of the Cloud LM2 wall plates had water damage and the internal ribbon cable corroded. We ordered and fitted a replacement. We fixed the radio interferance and low hum problem. We also got them a 6 channel Soundcraft desk which they can use to plug into the system when they are using any zone for meetings and plug in extra microphones. The system was all checked and tested and shown to the customer that all the issues had been fixed.
